Service Description
The Aerial Essentials $200 Perfect for quick, high-quality overhead shots. Includes: • Up to 30 minutes of flight time • 10 edited aerial photos • 1 location within 15 miles (Ideal for real estate, events, or brand visuals) The Elevated View $250 A balanced photo & video combo with cinematic detail. Includes: • Up to 1 hour of flight time • 15 edited photos + 30-second highlight video • 2 locations within 20 miles (Great for realtors, outdoor shoots, and small events) The Skyline Experience — $400 Premium coverage for projects needing full creative direction. Includes: • Up to 90 minutes of flight time • 25 edited photos + 1-minute cinematic video • Up to 2 locations • Advanced color grading & logo placement (Perfect for branding, commercials, or music visuals)
Cancellation Policy
💳Payments • A half deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. • The full payment must be completed on the day of the shoot or before. ⏳ Tardiness & Cancellations Tardiness • The session will be cancelled if the client is more than 30 minutes late. • An additional $20 surcharge will be added on all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late. • Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness. Cancellations • If you are unable to make your session, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. • 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to get a credit toward a future session or a half refund. • If not notified within 24 hours of the session, the half-deposit rule is void and there will be no refund. • Clients who cancel can reschedule for FREE on a day that fits the photographer's schedule within 3 months. 👥 Guests & Preparation Guests • A total of 2-4 people are recommended for anything outside. • Large groups tend to take focus away from the actual pictures and may result in shooting way less than expected. • Makeup artists/hairstylists are welcomed on set. Preparation • The photographer/videographer is not responsible for supplying any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking. • Failure to properly prepare will solely serve the photographer/ videographer no responsibility. ❗ Important Note • You MUST CONSULT BEFORE BOOKING!
